Connecting healthcare across borders.

  • Co-founded the Australian operation and recruited a board across three states.
  • Lead strategy, staff, budgets, governance and fundraising.
  • Negotiated and advanced partnerships with Australian health institutions.

I lead AFSMC’s strategy, people, fundraising and institutional partnerships, working with the board and Sheba’s executive and clinical teams.

Alongside the Australian operation, I contribute to ARC’s development across APAC and the Middle East through relationships with health-system leaders, regional discussions and proposals for hospital collaboration. My responsibilities include budgets, governance, major gifts, government engagement and team development.

United Israel Appeal Refugee Relief Fund

Leading sustained philanthropic growth.

I managed an annual major-donor campaign of approximately $15 million and served on the executive leadership team. The role involved campaign strategy, major-donor relationships, events, gifts in wills and coordination across Australia and the Middle East.

Annual major-donor giving grew by 15–20% in each of four consecutive years. I worked with the board, colleagues and supporters to sustain those relationships over time.

Building a fundraising function.

I established the college’s donor-relations function, including its database, workflows and reporting. I secured philanthropic and grant support for scholarships and social programmes, working with foundations, companies and individual donors.

Reporting to the President and Dean of Students, I prepared proposals and reports that connected institutional priorities with the interests of supporters.

Call Yachol and Bezeq Online

Building teams. Delivering service.

At Call Yachol, I led 22 employees with disabilities delivering sales and customer service for corporate clients.

I then established and managed a 150-person service operation at Bezeq Online through seven team leaders, with responsibility for recruitment, training, performance and service delivery.
